We ship from the U.K. to most International destinations, using Royal Mail standard first class service. Shipping fees are calculated based on the weight and format of the package. Standard Service in the U.K. is 3 to 5 working days. For shipping to Europe, 10 days and to other international locations 2 to 3 weeks.
The delivery time with standard shipping option is NOT guaranteed. Although we make every effort to ship all orders within the announced delays, their delivery is beyond our control and depends on the postal service. Therefore some orders may take much longer to arrive.
Please note that Registered Mail does not provide tracking service during transit. You will only receive delivery or attempted delivery information. If you wish to track your parcel, we will inform you about SPECIAL DELIVERY fee.
Secure payment via PayPal - We accept payments by major international credit cards through the secure server of PayPal. Once you have added your product in the basket, you will be taken through the payment process. You do not need to register with PayPal in order to pay online.
Guarantee - we're sure you understand that due to the nature of the products sold, we are unable to offer any refund once your purchase is opened. We wrap and package all our products for postage extremely carefully. Our products are wrapped in bubble wrap, tissue (or similar) and placed in either postage bags or boxes, depending on the volume of goods. Unfortunately, we cannot be held responsible for damage that occurs in transit. No money can be refunded for damaged goods - if a replacement is not acceptable, we will issue a credit note.
Cancellations - in line with the Distance Selling Regulations 2000, if a customer cancels their order (within the 7 day period allowance) a refund will be provided within 30 days of cancellation provided the order has not already been dispatched. The consumer will be held liable for the cost of returns if the order has already been processed and moneys received.
Replacements - if something is out of stock and we feel that we have a similar or better product to substitute, we reserve the right to do so.
Privacy Policy - we are committed to protecting your privacy and adopt a strict principle of protecting your privacy. We will only use the information that we collect about you lawfully (in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998) to send products to you by mail order. We do not share or sell any information about you or your buying habits with anyone else.
